Results of the Week

1. Stanford: 19-1, 8-0 ranked # 4

Beat UCLA 72-55. Chiney with 21 points and 15 rebounds while Erica McCall 12 points and 8 rebounds in 17 minutes. Lili Thmpson with 15 points and Sara James with 3 threes for 11 points. Amber Orrange 8 assists and no turnovers. Stanford shot 54%.

Beat USC 86-59. Chiney with 30 points and 12 rebounds while Michaela Ruef also had a double double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Five Stanford player in double figures as Thompson and Orrange had 12 points and Karlie Samuelson added 11 points. Stanford out rebounded USC by 14 had only 7 turnovers and shot 51%.

2. Cal: 14-5, 6-2 Ranked # 21
Lost to USC 77-70 with Brittany Boyd scoring 17 points getting 13 rebounds and dishing out 9 assists. Boyd also had 6 turnovers. Afure Jemerigbe also scored 17 points. Cal was 1 of 11 from three and shot 36%.

Beat UCLA 69-53. Boyd had 18 points and 6 assists while Reshanda Gray had 32 points and 15 rebounds.

2. USC: 14-7, 6-2 Ranked # 30
Beat Cal 77-70 with Ariya Crook scoring 34 points, going 5 of 10 from three. Cassie Harberts had 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Lost to Stanford 86-59. Harberts scored 17 and Crook had 18 points.

2. Arizona State: 17-3, 6-2 Ranked # 15
Beat Utah 65-62. Deja Mann scored 18 points.

Beat Colorado 68-66. Deja Mann had 17 points and Kelsey Moos 11 rebounds.

5. Washington State: 11-9, 5-3
Lost to Oregon 82-66 as the Cougars shot only 29%. The Cougars stayed close by making 10 threes. Lia Galderia returned to score 16 points and Tia Presley added 14 points.

Lost to Oregon State 72-57. Gladeria had 21 points.

Beat Washington 75-68. The Beavers were 11 of 25 from three and 4 players scored in double figures.

Beat Washington State 72-57. Ruth Hamlin had 13 points and 12 rebounds while Devon Hunter had 16 points and 10 rebounds. Sydney Weise added 15 points.

Lost to Stanford 72-55. Atonye Nyingifa had 18 points. Thea Lemberger with 7 assists and no turnovers as UCLA had only 6 turnovers for the game.

Lost to Cal 69-63. Nirra Fields had 26 points and 10 rebounds.

8. Washington: 10-9, 3-5

Lost to Oregon State 75-68. Kelsy Plum was 6 of 6 from three for 27 points and Jazmine Davis added 21 points. However the Huskies shot just 26% from two point range.

Lost to Oregon 101-85. Davis scvore d30 and Plum had 23 points.

Beat Arizona 68-47. Jen Reese scored 22 points and Lauren Higgins added 15 going 5 of 8 from three.

Lost to ASU 65-62. Michelle Plouffe had 22 points.

Beat Arizona 60-57. Ploufee had 20 points and 13 rebounds while Emily Potter scored 15.

Beat Washington State 82-66. Jillian Alleyne scored 21 points and had 19 rebounds. Chrishae scored 24 points. Katelyn Loper was 2 of 15 from three. However the Ducks were 61% from 2 point range.

Beat Washington 101-85. Alleyne had a monster game, 34 points 25 rebounds and 5 assists. Lexi Peterson had 23 points 8 rebounds and also 5 assists.

A Note: Oregon has started a Sand Volleyball team and Liz Brenner has quit basketball to play sand volleyball.
