Pac 12 Comings and Goings Part 2.

UPDATES:
Oregon’s Anneli Maley, 6-2 Guard from Australia. Averaged 2 points in 10 minutes per game. Maley is transferring to TCU.

The bombshell though is Oregon’s Mallory McGuire will transfer to Boise State. She averaged 5 points and 3.5 rebounds starting a bit over half the games in her two years at Oregon.

Sabrina Haines is transferring from ASU where she averaged 7 points per game two years ago as a Soph. She missed most of last season with a knee injury and will be a Sr but with two years to play next season.


UCLA:
Losses:
Jordin Canada who averaged 17 points and 7 assists.
Monique Billings who averaged 15 points and 9 rebounds
Kelli Hayes who averaged 6 points.
That’s’ three starters who graduated.
Also Assistant Jenny Huth was named Head Coach at Northern Colorado

Additions:
Kayla Owens, 6-2 Forward from TX, ranked # 45. She will be a redshirt Frosh
Lindsey Corsaro, 6-2 Wing ranked # 15 for the 2016 class. She has missed her first two years with injuries.
Ahlana Smith, 5-9 PG # 34, Frosh
Kiana Jefferson, 5-9 G, Frosh # 65
Shay Harris, 6-5 C, Frosh

USC:
Losses:
Jordan Adams who averaged 5 points
Sadie Edwards who averaged 13 points
Kristen Simon who averaged 17 points and 9 rebounds
Candela Abejon who averaged just 5 minutes and will transfer to Manhattan as a Grad Transfer.
That’s 3 starters and often only 6 players saw much playing time.

Shalexxus Aaron: 6-1 Guard from Washington ranked # 57. She redshirted and will be a Redshirt Frosh
Mariya Moore: 6-0 to be Sr forward who transferedr from Louisville joining her sister. A year ago Moore averaged 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists per game. Moore also made 72 threes at 32%.
Asiah Jones 6-3 Redshirt Soph who sat out last season. She started 7 games as a Frosh averaged 3 points.
Desiree Caldwell, 5-7 Frosh PG, # 14
Jillian Archer, 6-2 Frosh F # 54
This Class is ranked # 14 with just Caldwell and Archer.
Kayla Overbeck, 6-1, Post, a transfer from Vanderbilt who will sit out this coming season. At Vandy she averaged 10 points and 5 rebounds this past season. In a year she will be a Redshirt Jr


Stanford:
Losses:
Brittany McPhee who averaged 17 points and 5 rebounds
Kaylee Johnson who averaged 5 points and 7 rebounds.

Additions:
Jenna Brown, 5-10 PG ranked # 13 and recently Named HS POY.
Lexie Hull, 6-2 Wing Rabked # 16
Lacie Hull, 6-2 Wing/Guard
This Class is ranked # 12


Utah:
Losses:
Emily Potter who averaged 12 points and 7 rebounds
Tilar Clark who averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds
Tanaeya Boclair who also averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds.
Tori Williams will transfer. She averaged 9 points a game and made 64 threes at 34%.
Megan Jacobs will transfer. She averaged 4 points per game. She’s going to Colorado State.

Additions:
Sarah Porter , 5-10 G, a Grad transfer from UCSB. She played a bit at Ole Miss as a frosh then sat out at UCSB. Two years she averaged 10 points and made 74 threes at 41% at UCSB. Last season she averaged 9 points. A HS teammate of Dijonai Carrington.
Jordan Cruz, 5-10 Guard now a redshirt Frosh from CA ranked # 118. She sat out last season.
Dru Gytlen, 5-10 Guard from South Dakota ranked # 149, now a redshirt Frosh after sitting out last season.
Ola Makurat is a 6-3 Post who transferred from Liberty. Ola is from Poland. Last season as a Soph she averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds. Ola will sit out this coming season.
Jukie Brosseau is a 5-9 Guard who will sit out this season after transferring from Maine. Last season as a Soph she averaged 11 points per game.
Niyah Becker is a 6-0 Frosh Wing from Canada ranked as the # 10 International Player.
Dre’una Edwards is a 6-1 Frosh Wing from Nevada ranked # 56.
Lola Pendande is a 6-3 Frosh Post from Spain.
Andrea Torres is a 6-2 Frosh Forward from Canada
That’s 9 new players although 2 were at Utah last year and 2 must sit out this coming season.



Washington:
Losses:
MacKenzie Wieburg who averaged 3 points and 2 rebounds.
Kierra Collier: 5-6 Guard from Missouri ranked # 55. She averaged 7 points and started 14 games last season as a Frosh but is now transferring.

Additions:
Natalie Romeo 5-7 Sr Guard who missed last season with injuries. Two seasons ago she average 9 points and hit 94 threes at 39%.
Jenny Moser who averaged 9 points and 3 rebounds. Moser recently announced she would return for her 5th year. So not an addition but also not a loss. 
Gigi Garcia: She missed her frosh season with an injury. A 6-2 Forward ranked # 89 out of HS.
Darcy Rees is a 6-4 Post incoming Frosh from Australia who played for their U20 team.
Haley Van Dyke is a 6-0 Frosh forward from California ranked # 82. Like Melgoza in HS, Van Dyke scored at will.
Tiyona Watkins is a 6-0 Frosh Wing from California ranked # 125.


Washington State:
Losses:
Ivana Kmetovska: Averaged 8 points and 4 rebounds
Pinelopi Pavlopoulou who averaged 6 points per game.
Louise Brown 6-3, F will be a Grad transfer to Tennessee.
Nike McClure 6-3, Post, will be a Grad Transfer to New Mexico
Kayla Washington, 6-0 Soph F will transfer
Taryn Shelley is transferring to Montana State, Billings, D 2.
The entire Coaching staff was released.

Additions:
Celena Molina: 5-9 Guard from Hawaii who redshirted this past season.
Cherilyn Molina, 5-5 Frosh Guard from Hawaii
Shir Levy, 5-8 Frosh Guard from Israel
Ula Motuga 5-11 Frosh Wing from Australia.
Aikatrinia Tsineke 5-8 Frosh Guard from Greece.
These are all the previous staff’s recruits. Interestingly the last two listed are not on their updated roster.

New Head Coach is Kamie Ethridge. Ethridge came from Northern Colorado where she was the league Coach of the Year and in four years in her first Head Coaching job the team won 83 games. She had been an assistant at Kansas State for 18 years, before that she spent 5 years at Vanderbilt. She was the captain of the 1986 Texas NCAA Champ.
The new Associate Head Coach is Laurie Koehn. Koehn was at one time the all time NCAA leading in three point scoring while playing at Kansas State. She played 11 years professionally including several years in the WNBA. Recently she coached with Ethridge for three years at Northern Colorado.
