Losses: Kennedy Burke who averaged 15 points and 6 rebounds.

Lajahna Drummer who averaged 9 points and 9 rebounds.

Christy Baird who played 23 minutes.

Japreece Dean who was a starter however I’ll add her here as she was just granted a 5th year. She averaged 14 points and 5 assists so a huge addition.

Natalie Chou a 6-1 Wing who sat out last season after transferring from Baylor. Chou was ranked as high as # 8 out of HS and a McD All American. She played two years at Baylor averaging 5 then 7 points per game.

Losses: Minyon Moore, PG, who will Grad transfer. She will graduate in next three years at USC at age 20. She averaged 15 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds.

Ja’Tavia Tapley, Post who will transfer after averaging 6 points and 5 rebounds.

Cheyanne Wallace, Forward, who averaged 5 points and 3 rebounds.

Marquerite Effa, Post, who will Grad transfer to Nevada. . She didn’t play this past season.

Jillian Archer, Forward who transferred to Georgetown. . She averaged 3 points and 3 rebounds.

Aliyah Mazyck, Guard, USC’s leaing scorer at 15 points per game.

Emma Merriweather, 6-5 Post transfer from Texas Tech. Now here’s the interesting part, she transferred to Texas Tech a year ago from Long Beach State and sat out last season. Joanna Grymek, Post who averaged 7 points and 5 rebounds.

Additions: Kat Tudor missed the last 21 games but no redshirt possible so she will be a SR. In her 13 games last season she averaged 12 points making 3 threes per game at 46%.

Oregon (25-3, 14-2) RPI: 6, Ranking: 6 Lost to Oregon State in a thriller 67-62. Ionescu was just 9 for 25 and Ruthy Hebard played only 13 minutes with a knee injury. Lost to UCLA 74-69 being outscored by 10 in the final quarter after leading by 22. Ionescu had 18 points and Erin Boley had 20 poits. Hebard didn’t play. Beat USC 96-78. Boley had 32 points, 8 of 11 from three. Hebard had 13 points in 16 minutes.


Stanford ( 23-4, 13-3) RPI: 4, Ranking 7. Beat Arizona 56-54 on Smith’s late three, although Arizona had the last shot and the three was in, in some more and out for the Stanford win. Smith had 21 points and 9 rebounds. Beat ASU 71-50 shooting 62% and an amazing 20 of 24 from 2 point range.

Oregon (24-1, 13-0) Beat Oregon State 77-68. Ionescu with 29 points and 9 assists. Hebard with 21 points and 11 rebounds The attendance was 12,364 in Eugene.



Stanford ( 21-4, 11-3) Beat UCLA 65-51. Despite 19 turnovers, but held UCLA to 27% shooting. Smith 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks. Beat USC with Alanna Smith’s last second shot 69-67. Smith had 23 points and 12 rebounds, Carrington had 18 points and 12 rebounds. Stanford scored 30 in the 4th quarter.

Stanford ( 19-4, 9-3) Beat Oregon State 61-44. Williams had 18 points and Smith had 17 points. Stanford held all but Slocum to 21 points. Lost to Oregon 88-44 in the worst loss in Tara’s Stanford career. ON TO LA 

ASU (16-6, 7-4). Beat Washington State 61-46. Ibis had 22 points. The ASU game at Washington was cancelled due to the storm.

Cal (14-9, 5-7) Lost to Oregon 105-82. Anigwe had 23 points and 18 rebounds. Caldwell had 22 points ya and 7 assists and Kiana Smith had 20 points. Lost to Oregon State 82-74. Anigwe had 31 points and 18 rebounds.



Arizona (15-8, 5-7). Beat Washington 69-59. McDonald had 24 points. Lost to Washington State 90-88. McDonald had 26 points and Reese had 19 points. The Wildcats shot 54%.



USC (14-9, 4-8) beat Utah 84-80. Mariya Moore has 23 points. Lost to Colorado 81-76. Mariya Moore had 22 points.


Washington State (8-16, 3-10). lost to ASU 61-46 shooting just 32%. Beat Arizona 90-88 shooting 57%. Hristova had 37 points and Chantelle Molina had 28 points.



Washington (8-16, 1-11). lost to Arizona 69-59. Melgoza had 24 points. Their game vs ASU at Washington was cancelled due to the storm.

Alanna Smith had 26 points and 5 blocks, Kianna Williams had 20 points and Dijonai Carrington had 12 points, on 2 of 12, and 13 rebounds. Stanford was just 6 of 28 from three, however 6 of their last 12 for the win. Lost to Utah 75-68. Poor shooting at 38%. Smith played in foul trouble and fouled out with the score tied or within 2 points. Smith with 19 points and 9 rebounds.
